I HAVE AN OC (named Freedom (yes I named him after Freedom from WoF)) THAT REMINDS ME /SO/ MUCH OF THE COLLECTOR FROM THE OWL HOUSE!!!!!!!! (Personality, and kind of backstory wise. Because they look TOTALLY different!) The Collector- A child who is pretty much a child forever even though he is 4,000+ years old and is a bean that everyone (The Owl House fans, not everyone in the show) thinks is a villain for some reason. He was trapped in the mindspace by the archivists, aka his siblings, and longed to be freed. He always wanted to play 'games,' and when he played The Owl House game, he went too far and ending up hurting people by accident. He has his shadow form when he is in the mindspace and his physical form when he is in the real world. He gets lonely sometimes, and wishes his friends wouldn't lie to him all the time. When playing The Owl House game, he was pretty much controlling people. Freedom- A bean cat child who used to be a lonely spirit. But Webwhisper, his friend, who has the power to tell stories that come to life, told a story of a character named Shadow, who was evil. The spirit had told Webwhisper to tell a story of a character he could take possession of, so he got sucked into the life of Shadow, forced to be evil and do things that the real him would never want to do. Being evil, he trapped Webwhisper in a mindspace realm that Webwhisper ended up not wanting to leave from. The real him, the spirit version of him, was there and the two of them got to interact for the first time in ages. Once some of Webwhisper's friends got trapped in the realm too, they found a way out by making Shadow let them out from his mind control, and then they freed Shadow from the life that the story was forcing him to live, and made him his own individual cat with his true self's personality. They named this new cat 'Freedom' since he was now free. WHEN MAKING FREEDOM I NEVER REALIZED HOW SIMILAR THEY ARE!!!!!!
