He is much better at blocking and deals lots of damage, enough to 3 shot mac, or 2 shot if using poison or mega. His special move no longer has the "come on, come on" and is much faster. Also, it now instantly knocks down mac if it lands and counts for 3 knockdowns instead of 1, so it is devastating if you get hit by it. That plus a normal knockdown is enough to K.O Mac. Countering the special only counts as a normal punch if not within the new window, and does not instantly knockdown Gabby Jay, only dealing much more damage and giving a star (even if you used a star to counter him, hint hint). Gabby Jay will recover from stuns very fast if not punched. Having your punches blocked with poison is much more punishing. You start with 3 stamina and can only recover up to 5.
