Manchuria was formed in 1600 but had been very isolationist until 1900, when it was pressured into opening foreign exports. It began cultural exchanges with a number of other nations. It is a number one exporter of energy, being powered largely by its own fuel. Manchuria's birthrate peaked in 1935, but has significantly dropped. The government has made sure its military has been equipped with the highest quality firearms. It uses a standard M29 semi-auto rifle. Right now it has a nuclear program well underway
