the panel on it is broken! This siren is located on 500 pico Avenue. This siren is rare in scratch town but common in scratch city. They tried to cancel it it but it won't stop! The 2007 Uv was so broken it started the custom chimes late! The siren panel was broken so it decreased the pitch of the custom chimes! The panel was on backup power so when they try to cancel it it will not stop! Now it keeps making noise!
