Ep 3 Episode setting: [ Dens for the younger lions ] Nameless and Frost decide that they know too much and Ice will be coming for them next. Nameless found Frost by the small , staring at her reflection in the water. She took a deep breath and approached her. Nameless: (softly) "Frost, we need to talk." Frost turned to face her, her eyes filled with concern. Frost: (worried) "What is it, Nameless?" She hesitated for a moment, then spoke with determination. Nameless: (softly) "We have to leave the pride." Shock flickered across Frost's face. Frost: (confused) "Leave the pride? But why?" Nameless: "Ice knows you told Poppy about his deeds. If we stay, you're in danger," she explained, her voice trembling with urgency. Nameless: "I can't let anything happen to you." Frost's eyes widened with fear. Frost: (worried "But what about the others? What will they think? What will become of them?" Nameless sighed, her expression troubled. Nameless: "I don't know. But your safety is more important right now. Ice's wrath is nothing to take lightly." Tears welled up in Frost's eyes. Frost: "I don't want to abandon them, Nameless. This is our home." She gently flicked him with her tail. Nameless: "I understand, but we don't have a choice. We need to go before it's too late." Black screen and then show them walking in the savannah (when they talk, do a close up of their face and make it bob up and down so it looks like they’re walking while talking.) During their journey, they unexpectedly encountered a lioness named Leaf, who appeared to be without pride. The lioness is lounging on a rock at the outskirts of the savannah. Leaf: (gently) “Hey… Could I join you on your journey? I’ll help find a place for us to sleep…!” Frost and Nameless whisper and discuss a bit- Nameless: (worried and quiet) “She might be a liability, or working for Ice..!” Frost: (hushed) “Maybe… But it’ll be good to have someone else with us, safety in numbers, right?” The two lions turn back to Leaf. Nameless: “Alright, sure. But just for a while, okay?” Leaf: (happy / upbeat) “Great!” They continue walking, the surroundings getting more green and lush. However, unbeknownst to Nameless and Frost, Leaf happened to be a spy working for Ice. She had lied to Nameless and Frost, and they were both entirely unaware of her true allegiance. As they traveled through the savannah, tension was thick in the air. Nameless, feeling conflicted, turned to Frost. Nameless: (worried) "We need to find a safe place, away from the reach of Ice and his schemes. I will protect you with everything I have," Frost, gazing into the horizon, responded, Frost: (worried) "But what about our pride? What will they think of us leaving like this? Will they understand?" Nameless sighs, her expression troubled. Nameless: (troubled) "I don't know. But your safety is more important right now. Ice's wrath is nothing to take lightly." Unbeknownst to them, Leaf was secretly observing their every move, eagerly awaiting the opportunity to tell their whereabouts to Ice. Leaf approached them cautiously, her eyes wide full of innocence. Leaf: (concerned) "Are you two all right? You seem troubled." Nameless eyed her warily. Nameless: (dismissive) "We're fine. Just... dealing with some things." Leaf: (softly) "Perhaps I could help? Leaf: (concerned) "I know what it's like to be alone out here." Frost looked at Nameless, then back at Leaf. Nameless: (gently) "We appreciate the offer, but we need to stay on our path. It's... complicated." Leaf nodded understandingly, though inside, she was already thinking of how to use this information to report back to Ice. Leaf: (dripping with honey) "Of course. If you need anything, I'm here." Nameless forced a smile. Nameless: (dismissive) "Thank you, Leaf. We'll keep that in mind." As they continued their journey, Frost whispered to Nameless, Frost: (worried) "Can we trust her?" Nameless glanced back at Leaf, then shook her head. Nameless: (worried) "I don't know. We need to be careful. Ice has eyes everywhere." Meanwhile, Leaf trailed behind, her mind racing with the news she would tell Ice, ensuring her place in his inner circle while Nameless and Frost remained unaware of the danger lurking in their midst. Ep 3 ends with the lions walking on the grassy savannah plains [END EP 3]
