Adjust sliders. Dots stick to previously stuck dots. Dots are between min & max size, adjustable. Max jiggle amp: max dist dots move before changing direction randomly each step (easy to see at speed=1).
Slight variation of my earlier models of Diffusion Limited Aggregation. Particles start at a random position, move randomly, stick to stationary particles. Center color changes over time.
