Cyberbullying is real, and it's a huge problem that needs to be stopped! Every day, people are bullied, made fun of, and hurt online. You might think, 'Well, if someone makes a cruel post, just have them delete it.' But that's not how things work. In an hour, 10s, 100s, sometimes even 1,000s of people can see, comment on, and share a post. That's fine if it's something good, but if it's something hurtful, that can cause a lot of hurt and damage to someone. You might think, 'If someone makes a hurtful comment, just call them out on it or delete it or something.' But that's not how it works, either. Sometimes, a hurtful comment, whether online or to your face, is all it takes to make you start to cry or scream. If you or someone you know is being cyberbullied, talk to a trusted adult about it. If they don't believe you, then keep going to trusted adults until you find someone who believes you. It's an issue that cannot be delayed any longer.
