The Cutting Room Floor did have a sprite for the standing sprite, but not for Sonic pointing his finger up. And yes, my Tails And The Music Maker Remake is going back into production. I need someone to paint the Sonic standing sprite to look like the image with him pointing his finger up. Maybe you could add some running, walking, or some other sprites, too.
The costume is inside the project. Maybe @S1SonicTheHedgehog can do it.
