Beta fish are kept in tiny tanks cuz ppl think they like it. They don't... beta fish shouldn't be looking dull colored like that with torn fins. Don't buy beta fish at pet stores that keep em in tiny containers. Ok it's tempting to save it's life but buying it is just giving the company more money so they can get more and repeat the same abusive cycle.
