The Artichian Empire has fallen off to the Toad Empire as a wish from their leader @GoldSilver918. The occupied territory will remain as a colony until all the Artichian Rebels are erradicated for security. The artichians won't suffer cultural nor military purges and will have the rights like any other region of the Toad Empire. As for the Grand Alliance though, the Kardashev Pact has officially declared war on it, and that includes the United American Republic and every nation that opposes our wrath. Unlike with Artichia, the UAR will suffer Total Anhilation policy. No mercy will be shown, and everything will be destroyed.
