Owning fish isn't abusive itself I own fish. But keeping em in tanks that barely has room for them to move around is abuse and ppl will take that to the extremes so much the fish can't even turn around. Then they'll claim it's fine it's happy. How can you tell? Would you be happy in that space? This topic isn't talked about much on scratch. Don't always listen to pet shops owners they just want money not all their products are ok to use
