Chapter 1 The Wake Up Call ----------------- "Jackie! Jackie! Wake up!" I reluctantly open my eyes. I see a blurry version of my twin, Isabella Granger. Before I can ask what's so important that she had to wake me up she exclaims "Jacqueline! We're witches!" I sit bolt upright "Wait, Bella, what!?" I ask and then jump out of bed. (Did I hear properly?) My twin then hugs me. "We're going to the same school as 'Mione!" She squeals, referring to our older sister, Hermione. Then she lets go. I hear thudding up the stairs and then see Hermione, Mum, and Dad still in their nightclothes come into the room. "What's all of the racket girls? Is everything all right?" Mum asks. My twin, too excited to realize that we probably startled our sister and parents exclaim "Mum, Dad, Jackie and I are witches!" (They couldn't tell that already? I'm not surprised that we woke up the whole neighborhood!) I think wryly. "What?" Mum asks in disbelief. "Witches! Just like Hermione! We're going to Hogwarts!" Bella says, grinning. "Oh my goodness Bella! And Jackie too!" Mum hugs us. "I have three little witches now!" ~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~· My family walked downstairs to have breakfast. I had to ask Bella to help me find my glasses because I had dropped them. When we finally found them and got downstairs we got some cereal, but none of us ate much. We were too excited. Especially Bella and me. "I'll show you all of the best places in Hogwarts!" Hermione says. (Including the library?) Bella nodded her head excitedly. I know that she had loved to be a witch and so this must be a dream come true! "So Hermione, can you tell us a bit more?" Mum asks. Hermione nodded and started talking about The houses, Digon alley, The Gryffindor common room, etcetera, etcetera. I kind of lost focus after a while. Then Hermione says; "I hope you're both in Gryffindor with me! We won the house cup last year!" "There's a House cup?" I ask. Hermione nodded and my twin smiled.
