TW: content some ppl may find disturbing + static I actually finished this artpiece fairly early yesterday but Scratch just so happen to be closed I:[ Character currently unknown but seems to be in a project related to Nintendo? (more on that below-) Song: vivivivivi - credits song for my death Art Program: ibisPaint X Other character on thumbnail is Mono from Little Nightmares 2 anyway uh- I think I did pretty good at this!! ofc it's not really compared to how I imagined it to be but- how (w/o the shading ofc) and the shading in anyway you prob heard the news somewhere else before but- this ain't anyone's oc. believe it or not, this art was actually inspired by a recent teaser posted by Nintendo out of all ppl... it's like- really vague with few things to make out including this guy and some Japanese text seemingly translated to "Smiling Man" (oh and also the tag "WhoIsEmio" and a lot of ppl I've seen are pointing it to be this man but I'm doubtful) and apparently it's for some sort of "rated M" game? so likely I won't be playing any time soon (or watching any "uncensored" content of it) and I thought about but considering how this is the case for like ALMOST ALL OF NINTENDO'S ACTIVE SOCIALS as you can tell ppl are as disturbed by Big N's sudden shift in mood as intrigued, myself included. idk I might be somewhat obsessed with this man atm- EDIT (7/27/2024): ok so took a long while to post this here but I believe we found out what that teaser earlier this month was supposed to be, it's not actually smth entirely new but rather a new entry in the Famicom Detective Club series (previously I believe they remade like 2 past games some years prior). personally I didn't really have much interest in them besides maybe like confusion on the name and when they were originally released n stuff, but it's still nice to see Nintendo looking back on their more niche franchises (that being said.... Kid Icarus remake when??) (bro my comfort character literally went from "funni rap doggo" to "potentially murderous creepy paper bag office man" what- /hj)
