After the attempted bombing of a CIVILIAN city, the shot-down NAR missile-laucher was found near a park, luckily there were no casualties because of this crash (except for maybe who was on the craft). The Aarland government quickly moved in, with a bomb removal squad to remove the missile from the craft carefully. because of this clear evidence of attempted war crimes, the Emperor himself has stated, "the NAR is kinda cringe for that ngl."
