Remix and make a polo to sign up I really mean this: if you are signing up a character that was supposed to be for another version that didn't make it in, it has to be a character YOU made/or got permission to reuse and has to be visually CHANGED. (You can also use polos from a version that was canceled) Don't be lazy.
