If you are Nyanpy (pie, slushipawz, etc.) please read: I'm apologizing, because I remember bothering you a lot when I first joined the Scratch art community. I basically was on Scratch for a year and hadn't known about the art, only the games. When I found out about the art, I didn't know a lot of the rules. I found one of your OTAs, and I think I must have messaged you like ten times. -_- I thought it was like a numbers game where if I guessed the right amount and combination to offer, I would get the design I wanted... later I figured out that you're supposed to read the desc and you shouldn't just make offer after offer.
