I try to find the weakest character in fiction. I thought of this whole script while eating breakfast (note: Vault Boy is a perfect tie between being the strongest and weakest character, as he perishes in every tutorial that the vault people make, and even twice in "What makes you S.P.E.C.I.A.L, along with having all negative perks, but is also (somehow) immortal and has all positive perks)
