Instructions

For bases higher than 10, letters are commonly used. But what about bases higher than 62? My base extension allows prime and double prime variants of the alphabet. Example: 3.141592 in base 100 becomes 3.EFe'

Description

For those who don't know what bases are, we use base 10 That means we have ten digits. Base 16 has sixteen digits in its system. Example: 123 in its base would be 291 in base 10.
