Bill Cipher, but a Mobian Magician. 3. Your OC gets three wishes, what do they choose? (They can't wish for more wishes) Tbh, he would be the one giving out the wishes XD 4. What is something your OC says they hate but they actually really love? Inter-dimensional dominance. He misses is a lot. 5. What would their alter ego be like? Probably his twin, Quincy Cipher. He's almost opposite of Bill, or Gamble. 6. What would your character's dream vacation be? Anywhere but where his other brothers Bob and Joe are. 7. How good are they at finding gifts for others? Absolutely amazing. Gamble is pro gift-gifter. 8. What is a weird hobby or habit your OC has? Making thrones of human agony. (They're stone, don't worry) 9.
