before you all start bawling over me, just know that I AM NOT FULLY QUITTING. so i’ve been here on scratch for a few years now. i want to keep going, but ah, life has other plans. i’ve got a bestfriend guy, im close to failing in school, yeah. with all that, my motivation to make projects is no more than just a thought. i’ve been planning to make a formal goodbye when the time comes, but im at school right now, and i’ve got literally 8 minutes left before the teachers start yelling at me because my iPad is visible. its not really ideal for making an actual goodbye project. scratch doesn’t really have its spark anymore. i didn’t get why scratchers quit all the time, but now i understand. for all you readers, its because we’ve simply got no motivation. there’s nothing really left for us to do; scratch wasn’t a job we applied for. at least, thats why im leaving. “what do you mean by ‘not fully quitting’? your saying goodbye” is what you might be thinking. well, i’ll still be on the website. i’ll be replying to comments, making comments… i just wont be making those goofy little animations. you’ll probably see me around here and there. and for the studios and collabs im in, i’ll be working on those too. just not my own original stuff when the time comes and i’m ready to leave the website fully, i’ll make that last goodbye. but that might be awhile from now, unless my brain forgets i made this project. i just gotta let my hands rest, and who knows? maybe i might come back. but thats probably not going to happen. well, i guess thats it. hope you have a good day, and that you actually realize that the red-shirt guy thing is named Cup. stop referring to them as the main guy or red shirt guy or whatever. seeya psst. i might also post a lore drop sooner or later.
