FLASH! Here comes Flash Skelly! ===About=== Flash Skelly is a robotic clone of the original Flash Man. He's chill and much more Civil as Flash Man and he's much of a Benevolent leader who cares deeply for the well-being of his subordinates. The biggest Difference is that Flash Skelly has hair under his helmet. ===Weapon=== His Weapon is the Skull Stopper. It's similar to Flash Man's Time Stopper, but it will stop you "DEAD" in your tracks. (get it?) ===Weakness=== He's weak to Sticky Bombs, because crystals in the Crystalized Cavern could shatter easily when exploded by any explosives. ===AI=== He runs around and shoots Purple plasmas at you. When he uses the Time Stopper, he shoots out a wave of bullets during stopped time. Sometimes he uses ===Double Gear=== When he's surged up with Double Gear, he stops the flow of time (JJBA Styled) and shoots a barrage of Laser Shots and Stray Slashes. After he resumes time, he then does a Rapid Slash at the opponent by Crosshair.
