I thought this character’s design was really cool, so I entered for them! I kinda imagined the more neon blue bits as actual water? Idk if I was soposed to do that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also the original design didn’t really have an eye color, so I used a color that looked nice ig? I hope thats ok. :)
