Bob believes you can end this world's torment of the other Bobs of this world. Bob will aid you if you can prove yourself in combat against him. Bob has enough power to do this, but he says he is busy figuring out how to host a better show and will let you have weapons if you defeat him and he will just wait for you to tell him to battle.
