It has the strange ability to block off electronic communication if a nearby device has sent messages that it claims is against a code. This code, in more simple terms, are rules that if violated, shuts down all networks from an hour, up to four days, with all connected devices displaying a message from the subject usually stating a message of why the network was shut down, or in other cases, just a simple message expressing its annoyance, or in rare cases, calling out specific people and mocking them. One such message goes as follows: "Haha! Was it really worth it, █████████, ███████, and ████████? I'll have a bunch of people report you and have you demoted from your job at ████████. Have fun!"
