This is my first step into the Scratch "War". The corporate dragon has awoken and you can't stop it unless you completely destroy me first. Even if it won't succeed, it will still be a good attempt at a group resolving conflicts the HARD way. Basically, when the HMC enters a conflict between the two groups and sides with the POE, it sends reports/flags to the offensive content made by the ADL. When the deal is over before the conflict ends, and the POE proceeds to attempt to make a new deal, the HMC drops out of the conflict and will no longer report/flag. Credit to all, but especially POE for the ADL-ED! logo and both groups for their logos.
