When Captain Stretch first made his débute, one scratch cat from an abandoned account was inspired to become a superhero himself. People didn’t really like him because Swap wasn’t being a great hero. Soon enough he lost his hope and quit his job as a hero. He soon found Frank Labs, where he thought that Dr. Frank could help him become a hero. Instead, he was injected with a serum that made him go insane and started to kill off other captains. Captain Stretch soon captured him and he was sent to jail.
