As the Mothos Federation enters a brief occupation from Mokland, Mothos III makes this speech, "This occupation is neccessary if we are to become strong. Our new government is too fragile without them, and we don't want some new Terror Lord conquering us. The time for building and peace has arrived. We must accept this occupation, for it's an opportunity for true peace. We haven't had anything like that since Sogran overthrew the Steel Sokron's peaceful leader, and took over the Steel Sokron in 1914. That was 41 years ago, meaning we haven't had peace in over 40 years! We had peace for 7 years, we can have it again. This occupation is only temporary, and should only last till our government is no longer fragile. Once our government is stabilized, Mokland can withdraw their troops. I hope peace is restored through these actions."
