@YeetachuAnimation for the original project Using the brightness effect, I wrote down the words and the numbers that were hidden. Using these and a few other things, I came up with a plausible idea. Now with more information, this keeps getting more and more confusing. At first I thought war, but then I got the link to the QR code. It showed some sort of costume and a post-it note saying "ITS EVERYWHERE" all over it. I now think some sort of restaurant or amusement park. Yeetachu half confirmed my virus theory, but I have no idea what he meant by 9202. These are all of my original theories and no one elses.
