Phoenix has never been the type to follow the rules, and she isn’t going to start now. It was through her probably illegal activities that she discovered she was immune to electric shock. Over time she’s learned to create lightning by connecting herself to strong conductors, mainly lightning rods, as her city has many. While many might use this power for the greater good (or greater evil), Phoenix just wants to have a good time, even though her idea of a good time sometimes puts others in danger. She’s somewhat of a nuisance to the actual heroes in her city, often doing anything for a crisp twenty bucks, especially if that thing involves reckless destruction. Her moral code is near nonexistent and her rules are her own. She’s decently harmless on most days, but it’s best to stay inside during thunderstorms. The lighting seems to strike awfully close on those nights…
