It's done! :3 First time doing a DT basing off a moodboard! Hope I did it right. So! Using the moodboard I decided that the character had to be a wolf, and since there was a picture of what seemed to be a wing, wings had to get added. Rain and tornadoes were part of it as well, so she's both tornado and rainstorm themed. All purple parts have a bit of a glow to them, by the way! :3 And the patterns are shaped like tornado warning signs. Her wing tips and pupils are tornado shapes as well. Her tail is a mix of a storm cloud, tail maw, and tornado tail all in one! Decided to do something a bit more unique on that aspect.
