It’s crazy to me that that many people are interested in my art. Welcome to my first ever DTIYS!! DTIYS stands for: Draw This In Your Style This is a contest in where other artists can enter by remixing this project and adding in their drawing adaptation of a piece of art that I made. (That art piece can be found under the “DTIYS drawing” button.) These characters in the piece are my OCs, Ashe and Sylvie. IMPORTANT!! You will not be drawing the character however you want, since this isn’t an DMC, even though I added the character refs button. That’s just to see their designs clearer. (You have to draw them as shown in the DTIYS drawing to enter) 2: RULES - All art MUST be yours entirely. Obviously you’re supposed to copy my piece, but you’re not allowed to trace, use AI, use character makers (ex: picrew, meiker, etc.) or steal art from other people. I WILL know if you’ve done any of these things. - As previously stated, you have to redraw the picture of them fighting that I’ve added under the DTIYS Drawing button. - In your entry, you are allowed to change certain details! I don’t mind if you change the knives in the picture to another kind of weapon or object. I don’t mind if you change their expressions or poses a bit either, as long as the piece is recognizable. - No genderbending or changing species. - You can do digital or traditional art, both are acceptable. I generally prefer digital, but it really depends on the piece! - Please remix to enter OR make sure it’s in the DTIYS Entries studio. (studio will be linked in the notes + credits section) - Keep in mind that I’m a mobile user, so it would be nice if you project is mobile friendly. - You can enter multiple times if you want, but remember, quality > quantity! Anyone can enter as long as you follow these rules! Feel free to ask about any of them if you’re not sure about something. 3: WHAT CAN HELP YOU WIN? - Keep it similar to the original - Add extra details (ex: a background, etc.) - Keep their expressions like their personality (Ashe stays calm and isn’t very expressive, Sylvie has severe anger issues) - Draw in a unique style that isn’t just mimicing the style from the original! - Keep the lighting interesting - Quality > Quantity And again, none of these things are required! They’re just suggestions if you’re trying to win the contest. 4: PRIZES 1st place: - A head to waist drawing of your (preferably female) humanoid OC! (Or you can choose a character from something if you don’t have OCs) - 2 sketchbook drawings of your (preferably female) humanoid OC (or you can choose a character from something if you don’t have OCs) - A follow from my alt, @Zeldanor 2nd place: - A bust drawing (head+shoulders) or your (preferably female) humanoid OC (or you can choose a character from something if you don’t have any OCs) - 1 sketchbook drawing of your (preferably female( humanoid OC (or you can choose a character from something if you don’t have any OCs) - A follow from my alt, @Zeldanor 3rd place: - A PFP/headshot of your (preferably female) humanoid OC! As long as you can still tell what’s going on.
