After the great victories the Kingdom of Kazitals Achieved was starting to be overshadowed in the north where the industry existed powered by the underclass. This class made mostly of Radiants a shared cultural group that had joined the Royalist Kazitals forces believing that they may see greater freedom and a voice in government. As these dreams sprouted and some Royalist Kazitals propaganda led to tens to thousands of Radiants enlisted. Some on who believed that they would be nothing, but cannon foughter for their new overlords. With that many groups formed who fought against the Kazitals Republic Army. Until the battle of Rucon which showed that so far unstoppable Royalist Kazitals forces are able to be defeated and greatly. Such a defeat needed something to blame to keep moral and strength. And it was the Radiant majority unit who broke in the battle. Well, many advisors disagreed with blaming Radiants for the defeat it was able to shift blame. This act suddenly broke the last respect the Radiants had for the royalist and a Kazitalian government as a whole. Even servering in the army had seen them to front lines in every battle. Mass assaults with only promise support. But they were Radiants the sons of the old warriors, so they fought, pushed back, and won again and again. Only the one time a unit with little supplies remaining slow support and generals gathering any support for counterattack that never came, they broke. But they are the sons of the old warriors. On a warm Saturday morning, units from the Kingdom of Kazitals and independent forces gathered. Months ago, these groups formed a secret alliance and slowly organized into a single organization. With two branches the Radium Army (RA) and the Radium Volunteer Force (RVF). And that day a vote was held with the leaders of all the Radiants groups in the organization. It was agreed their will be a king and a parliament. A vision set the troops went around the bases handing out a postage stamp. That evening Radiants soldiers gathered in quite groups has one shows the rest the stamp, they nod. That next morning the entire north erupted into chaos with the once independent forces who supported the Kingdom of Kazitals. Now organized as the RVF. Careering out raids on bases and attacks against high-ranking officers in the north. And the infrastructure Bridges, rail roads, and key checkpoints. This would have been resolved with the gathering of their large numbers of troops in the north. Instead, these troops gather changed uniform and joined the chaos fighting with the RVF, calling themselves the Radium Royal Army (RRA). The Chaos of the north was taking valuable resources and manpower. At that moment the Republic of Kazitals ordered a full offensive, well the radium front turn into brutal fighting due to RRA tactic of pulling them into a battle to then have special assault troopers pressuring them into bushes and fields for flame thrower unites to finish them up. Were compounded by RVF raiders trying to sneak through int he chaos, with some succeeding and bring their tactics of ambushes, infostructure attacks, and night raids became common. The newly proclaimed Kingdom of Radium sent a deal over to the republic that if they stop fighting for a moment and focus on the royalist Kazitals they can secure their southern border. It was agreed and Radium pushed southerly until the Kingdom of Kazitals deployed 40k soldiers halting their advance. With that a new phase of the war began, creating the map that you see here.
