Instructions

I was gonna do flaggy but they are too hard to animate dancing. RULES: 1. Don’t make your character too big. 2. Do not cover up other people. 3. Have at least *some* animation experience. 4. Must be in the Osc. 5. Do not delete other people. 6. Have fun!
