(my explanations suck, don't they XD ) 4.) don't just use the paint bucket 5.) you can use other sites, EX. Pixlr Express/Editor 6.) take your time on this 8.) please add a cool background, you don't have to draw it or stuff like that, just add a background 9.) add a cool effect to the base 10.) If you noticed that I skipped rule 7, you get a virtual cookie 11.) follow these rules 12.) you can change the line art, not too much though 13.) this can be animated If you finished reading all this, put "bullet train" in the comments
Hope u all enjoy this!!!!!! :D I added a bit of a glitch affect. Idk if it worked or not though... ^^' The shading fades, just to kinda add an affect though. Also, the wing is part of it. I tried to add another one to make it a pair but it didn't look right. Anyway, credit to Violet_the_Wolf for making the CC :)
