Cunning and sinister, you never know her true intentions until it is far too late, or has already happened. She plays with Felnine hearts and minds like puppets on silver strings, each word she says calculated, each action she makes planned, each outcome accounted for. Nothing less than brilliantly intelligent, it is a struggle to truly surprise the Queen, and perhaps that is why Decima can always be found with a knowing yet ominous smile on her face. Decima is the mastermind behind all of Aesirith’s advanced technology, catapulting Aesirith generations beyond what the rest of Etari has the capabilities of inventing, so advanced that even when taken apart and examined by each nut and bolt by other kingdoms, desperate to discover the secrets, find that they cannot make heads nor tails of how it works. Aesirith’s tech is a closely guarded secret, with very few Felnines authorized to see the blueprints, the mechanical parts needed to make them separated into several factories of specifics, with none of them knowing the full picture of even what they’re making parts for, or where the parts are going next. Visitors of Aesirith are kept only within the center eye of Aesirith, where the 5th caste and the capital is located, far from anything they could see and take back to their home kingdoms to exploit. Decima had made sure of such. »»✦ King Icarus ✦«« (He/Him) Personality: Icarus is a man who’s always been reckless, perhaps what made him such a good soldier, though his act first think later mentality has led to more scars on his pelt than he can count. Still he continues to barrel head first into the unknown, regardless of the consequences it might have, or who he takes down with him. He and Decima are the golden example of why Aesirith has such a taboo against marrying for love, as it has led to nothing but a constant cycle of fighting and making up between them. »»✦ Prince Lionel II✦«« (He/Him) Personality: Lionel, while a lot better than his parents by a longshot, is no saint himself. This prince charming has quite the mean streak to him, and the confidence to back it up. He’s smarter and better than everyone else, and he’s not afraid to make his disdain towards others known, especially to those he perceives as ‘lower’ than him (which as the future King of Aesirith is a lot of Felnines) by the way he belittles and dismisses them. He’s always been a haughty snob on a high horse, though his attitude seems to have gotten a lot worse in the past years, especially with the tragic death of his beloved wife and lover, Appia. His warmer sides are a lot harder to find since she passed, but with the few loved ones he holds dear it’s a lot more apparent. »»✦ Prince Ajdrez ✦«« (He/She/They) Personality: AJ is a very level-headed and mellow Felnine, always the one to be the mediator in arguments or the one to stay calm and think rationally in situations of panic. Unlike her grandmother and father, he doesn’t particularly act like a typical royal. In fact if you’ve never heard of her, you probably wouldn’t guess that they are the 2nd in line for Aesirith’s crown, and their father’s heir once he takes the throne himself.
»»✦ Other Princes/Princesses ✦«« Decima has a LOT of children, all of them shared with Icarus (aside from one). Decima holds a strange code of apathy towards all of her children, most of the time not even acknowledging that they exist till they have 'earned her love'. Her kids can earn her love by proving to her that they're worth being loved, most of the time by surprising her or catching her attention in some way, though it's often easier said than done. Ultimately the sibling group of 4 became 3 when he was caught red handed by Decima eavesdropping on a rather confidential meeting.) Princess Tana (Died at age 19, would be 37) (Clutchmate to Dante, Ignatius, Solis and Ardere. Like her brothers, she too shared the clutch's fire-related naming theme. She was a spitfire and a wild-child, enjoying life that aired on the side of danger. She ended up not being a victim of her mother, but her own recklessness as one of her outings resulted in her being murdered by a culplrit still unknown to this day) Prince Cicero (Died at age 9, would be 35) (Though he was one of 3 eggs laid to a clutch, he was the only one who hatched. It was the coldest winter Aesirith had ever seen, and careless servants let the heat to the clutch's nest go out. It was this that led the poor boy to die young, having been hatched weak and immunocompromised.) Princess Amity (Died at age 16, would be 32) (Clutchmate to Maren and Violet, Amity was a a shy but kind Felnine. She was one who liked to keep and take care of animals in her room of the palace, but when a particularly rowdy leopard got loose and wrecked havoc, she did not survive the beating she received) Prince Juniper (Died at 17, would be 23) (Clutchmate to Chester. He was a reserved Felnine, and his siblings never really saw much of him while he was alive. No one is really sure why he died, but it was definitely by the hands of Decima.) Prince Calloway (Died at age 20, would be 25) (Clutchmate to Celia, he was always a strong-willed and empathetic soul. Calloway enlisted in Aesirith's army as a young adult (by inspiration of his father) and quickly began rising the ranks, but it was cut short by showing mercy to a group of young pups who were caught with theft, letting them go rather than taking them to the gallows, and in turn for this was hung himself.) Princess Corin (Died at age 5, would be 16) (Clutchmate to Sirius and Neo, Corin was a sassy little pup in her few years of life.
