Rules are the usual: 1. No Rip-offs/Recolors 2. No Stolen OCs 3. No overly complex OCs 4. No Inappropriate OCs Also, I will be adding my own creative liberties to the characters, like slight edits to color pallet {I will always find ways to avoid coloring with pure blacks and pure whites on parts that aren't the eyes/outlines}
