next project! im working on a daw :3 (e.g. https://beepbox.co ) PLAY WITH TURBO MODE TO HAVE THE PROJECT WORK AT ALL PLAY ON TURBOWARP TO MINIMIZE DESYNC https://turbowarp.org/1030513065/ this is an audio based project so unmute the project! so whats so special about this? first, you have to understand that the sound you hear is 100% from the scratch music extension. second, i did not hard-code any notes in, but rather made multiple lists that have all the notes stored them, ready to be read and played by another piece of code. essentially, this is a music box with the list being the roll. i also hear you saying, "but people have made daws on scratch before! how is this special?" well, my dear friend, im glad you asked! this daw is going to be able to not only play multiple notes at the same time (unlike other daws), it can play multiple instruments at the same time! additionally, the volume is adjustable on every single individual note, and theres a feature that allows chords to be strummed (since they dont sound well when theyre played all at once in scratch). all the code behind it works, i just need to program a user interface so you can be able to easily make music! not a very faithful recreation of megalovania since it never actually moves on but thats not the point also i guess im an undertale fan-artist now because of the thumbnail
