Just look at it
Another drawing from me being upset Stayin Alive is a song by Bee Gees. But also reminds me of hospitals where people are trying to stay alive I've not been sick myself. But have waited in hospital waiting rooms on family members a lot. And I'm being sarcastic about the hospital being a popular tourist spot. As to the crowd going wild, it is true that when an ambulance drives by, people must pull over, but it's funny to think of it as the crowd going wild. And because ambulances need people to move over, that's why the ambulance is saying "Make way, I'm a VIP" in my drawing.
