idk, little concept I sketched up for the Neutral Final Boss for Undertale Blue
Flowey would repeatedly attack with the glove and toy knife, and whip the player with the bandana and ribbon, whilst also using barbed wire, and orange and cyan attacks. He might also summon punching bags that swing around, and get hit by flowey to send out shockwaves.
