The government and the general population are appalled at the fact that gas weapons were not banned earlier in the decade, as they completely destroy cities and people. Therefore, the Kiji Republic have revealed this information: The current capital, Mitwat, is to be evacuated and all people in the region are to be relocated to Kitli where all military operations and other processes have been going on since the end of WW3. In addition to this, there has been ongoing inside speculation on a way to create powerful bombs using other materials, such as uranium. Development has therefore been going on since late 1937 to develop a uranium BOMB which could be used in warfare. The use of gas weapons in the Kiji-Tzerban war has been viewed as an outrage and the development of nuclear weapons will be fast-tracked for early to mid 1940. In a statement the Prime Minister said this, "In all my years of serving this country, I have never been so outrageously violated like that of the Tzerbans. I have therefore shut myself off from any possible surrender, and will now show them the true power of this country. By the end of the decade, we will not just be a republic, we will be an empire, trampling upon the niggling armies of our enemies. For the people!" There will be no surrender, no negotiations, and no mercy. Tzerba has pushed one too many buttons. Now the Kiji Republic will respond.
