I have a lot of different types of TOS- not just art and design. Btw codeword changes every week- this week is “frogs”. please read the rest of my TOS and not just this :) Important info: I will include basic rules in the project you came from the link to here from. If any of these rules contradict those rules, listen to THOSE rules. ART TOS Please do not trace, steal, recolour, or heavily reference my art and post it online. (I am not saying you can’t do this at all, just don’t post it online) (although please just don’t recolour my art ever- idc it’s allowed in the community guidelines) please do not repost, even with credit, because some people don’t read the credit section. This also goes for remixing, unless it is something like an OTA, DTA, bases, templates, etc, please do not remix. Only post my art on another site if it is made for you specifically (you must credit) , and never remove my watermark (if I remember to put on on in the first place lol) I’m fine with people studying my art, but again, please keep it offline. DESIGN TOS I have quite loose rules on designs, but please still read all of this: resells are allowed after 3 weeks of owning the design, because I don’t want you to get my designs simply to use as currency, but if you no longer like the design, I don’t want you to feel like you have to keep it. You can use my designs offsite! please credit the design as “@addkewuni only on scratch” I HAVE THE FULL RIGHT TO CALL OFF AN OFFER/RECLAIM A DESIGN AT ANY POINT IN TIME. YES, EVEN OF IT WAS RESOLD TO YOU. Don’t massively change the design all at once, but gradually changing parts so you like the design more is fine :D changing species is also ok- for example, the design is a cat but you want it to be a dragon. That’s fine! Humanising/anthro-ising is also fine with me. You can sell my designs in purges, but you must, /must/ credit me and link to my tos (here) If I ask for you to return it to me if you get bored of it, that’s a suggestion TRADE TOS (Art and design tos apply) Please have your side done within a month! I’ve done trades before where I’ve basically just given free art- but that was my fault I didn’t realise that person was on semi-hiatus. If longer is needed, pls tell me why (I occasionally do this as well- but I tell the other person) My trades have got quite popular recently, especially DTs, and I don’t want people to treat them as free designs- I’m a bit overwhelmed with all the trades I’m getting, so I only do 5 at a time, but I might lower that number or just stop doing trades altogether. You must have some level of skill to trade with me- this might seem like a harsh rule, but I want to get something out of it as well- it isn’t free. I have full right to deny you, and that does not mean I think you are unskilled or bad at art. Your artstyle might just not be for me- or I might just be a little overwhelmed! Like I’ve said, the trades are getting a problem- I like doing them, yes, but when I have 5 designs to make and I limit myself to 1 day for a design, it starts getting to you. I’m trying to stop all the limitations I give myself, but please be considerate. If you have any other questions, please be civil about it. I will not make exceptions from my TOS, sorry.
