Powers always have limits like the Healing power You can only heal new wounds not old scars and can’t bring someone back from dying. All powers are different and based on your Pack. Omegas are usually the wolves that don’t get powers either from not living in a pack then joining one later or you or your family angered Starpack. But omegas are still very well treated.
