»»✦—|Sign-Up Rules|—✦«« 1) Treat the management team staff (Mods, Kingdom Owners, Owner) with respect! They work hard, and they have the roleplay's best intentions in mind. If they tell you to change/fix something or go reread the source material, do so without complaint. If you have a problem with it or think that you are being treated unfairly, please come to the owner @SilverFeatherPro101 to discuss it. 2) Follow the rules/lore of the roleplay when signing up! Sign-ups that do not comply will be corrected or redirected to materials. 3) If you are blacklisted from the roleplay and attempt to sign up, your project will be ignored. 4) Roleplay Sign-Ups must stay within a PG-13 rating. Characters with inappropriate themes will be required to be changed, regardless of if it follows lore guidelines. 5) Do not ask Kingdom Owners if you may make a character of limited occupation, unless they have specified that you may. It is for them to give out how they will, and it needs to be offered. Don't whine or beg for it either. 6) Do not recolor or steal someone else's design. That will not be tolerated. Theft is a crime and will be treated like one with an immediate blacklist. 7) Do not add your sign-up to the studio, a moderator will do that when accepted. 8) If you wish to make characters that are kin/in relationships with/has a crush on/otherwise affiliated with another user's characters, you must ask them for permission first. 9) Any assets you use for your character's design that was made by another user must have been acquired by consensual means. 10) If you use a design/base edit/accessory edit made by another user, the designer must be credited in your project description. 11) If you adopt another person's character, you must re-sign up as that character through remixing the original sign-up sheet, not remixing the original owner's sign-up. 12) Remember, no means no! If a management member corrects or points out something on your sign up, or if a user you are using base assets from does not feel comfortable with the way you are using it (within reason), change it! 13. You may use your own art in sign-ups, but please also fill out the provided/official base as well! »»✦—|Roleplay Rules|—✦«« 1) Please be respectful while roleplaying! Do not interrupt roleplayers who are roleplaying unless authorized to do so (Management team) in situations where needed. 2) All official RoW roleplays must be done on the roleplay project. Do not start roleplays in any other chat area. 3) Do not join closed roleplays/crps without being invited to them. 4) Do not join open roleplays/orps that has been going on for awhile without the permission of all users in the thread (the exception to this are open roleplay events) 5) Make the places you roleplay make sense for your character! Don't put a Briny right in the middle of an Arcane kingdom, for example. 6) If a Mod tells you to end the roleplay, do so. This would be in the case of severe rule/lore violations 7) You may roleplay within a past setting, though not in a future setting without permission (this does not mean time travel, this means roleplaying with your characters in their past/backstory). 8) Time-jumping roleplays must always be a closed roleplay. 9) You may only roleplay as characters that you yourself have signed up as and has been accepted by a moderator. 10) No power play/god modding. Do not force another person's character to do an action unless pre-planned and with the consent of the character's owner. 11) You may not kill or badly/permanently injure another person's character without permission first. 12) Roleplay Events may only be held by Kingdom Owners/Moderators unless given specific permissions elsewise. »»✦—|Community Rules|—✦«« 1) Be respectful to others while in community zones! Ableism, sexism, homophobia, and other related bigotry of any kind is not welcome here. 2) Community chat doesn't have to stay strictly on the topic of RoW, though please do not discuss any offensive or sensitive topics! 3) Do not start/initiate/perpetuate drama or arguments within community spaces, if you have a dispute with another user, take it outside of RoW or have a manager come to help settle your differences 4) Remember: Hate the character not the scratcher! Their character and their actions do not equate to the person they are. 5) Do not mini-mod! Do not assist new members or sign-ups unless you are a moderator, it does nothing but spread confusion. If someone has questions related to signing up for the roleplay please direct them to the Q&A project for a Mod to help them! 6) Advertisement unless related to the roleplay is not prohibited. Do not promote any non-RoW related projects or studios! 7) Spamming and trolling is not prohibited within community spaces. 8) Art theft of any kind will not be tolerated, and will result in an immediate blacklist 9) Please do not vent within community spaces. 10) AI use of any kind will not be tolerated

Here at RoW, grace and forgiveness is given for honest mistakes/accidental breaking of rules, and users are listed if them and their actions are/were maliciously or purposefully breaking conduct, endangering the peace/safety of the community, or have a level of severity that cannot be condoned. »»✦—|Gray-listed Users|—✦«« Users who are gray-listed are those who are placed on temporary bans from the roleplay, and while on the gray-list users are prohibited from signing up as any new characters, roleplaying within RoW or joining any current RoW events. They are still permitted to chat within the community section, though will be moderated.
