Note: The headbands are a Shia thing, in this context they aren't related to Hamas, Fatah, etc. The blade on the belt is a jambiya (or shibriya, depending on which kind of Arab you ask), a traditional Yemeni ceremonial dagger, which is also used for melee combat in this case. Very few members of the RIAF are in the airborne forces, there are only 6,000 paratroopers in total.
