Lure the Spawn into the Feeder to drain their mass in order to become larger or eat them depending on your size. In order to stop the infection each round reach 200 Mass. Then eat the now moving spawners. Each round gets harder and harder. Use the arrow keys to move the gun and press space to shoot. You get one bullet every twenty seconds. If you hit a Spawn, a Ruckus will appear. Don't touch the Ruckus or you will die. Good luck, you'll need it.
