"Sonic, look at this!" Tails exclaimed, pointing to a flickering screen displaying a transmission from Knuckles. "It's from Angel Island!" Knuckles' stern face appeared on the screen. "Sonic, we've got trouble. Metal Sonic is here, and he's after the Master Emerald. He's stronger than ever. We need your help, fast!" Without hesitation, Sonic dashed out of the workshop, a streak of blue lightning across the sky. "Hang tight, Knux. I'm on my way!" Arriving at Angel Island, Sonic was greeted by the sight of Metal Sonic hovering ominously above the Master Emerald shrine. The air crackled with tension as the two adversaries locked eyes. "Metal, we don't have to do this," Sonic shouted, his voice echoing across the island. "You can still choose to walk away." Metal Sonic's response was a chilling, mechanical laugh. "Weakness detected in your sentiment, Sonic. Prepare to be eradicated." With a burst of energy, Metal Sonic launched himself at Sonic, his metal claws gleaming in the sunlight. Sonic dodged, his incredible speed allowing him to evade the attack effortlessly. The battle began, a blur of blue and silver streaks clashing across the ancient grounds of the island.
