Stellar form is not allowed in any capacity. -The Loyal Three can only be found with their Hidden Abilities. No Toxic Chain. -Ogerpon can only switch its masks/form if it isn't a hybrid. -Pecharunt does not have its mochi mind-control powers. Its Ability when poisoned can ONLY cause the confusion status, no mind control.
