text credits: @PizzaPenguin4 May 26, 2022 Red was peacefully wandering around the ship. Suddenly, he heard someone screaming fiercely in the distance. Red slowly crept toward the sound. Out appeared Lime, sitting with his legs spread apart in the little corner of the room. He was half lime green, and half black. The black part is the corruption. Red came into the dark room, no tables, no lamps, there was nothing. It seems as if the staff had recently cleaned the room, and they did. What was left was only the soft velvet wall, a couple of green screen projectors, and a few office chairs against the walls. When Red finally came all the way into the room, the doors shut. "H- hey, will you please hel-" "Shut." Lime almost had got a chance to plead for help from Red, but Black, the start of the corruption interrupted him. He does not want anyone to know, though Red already saw the issue. He had to tell all the other crewmates and warn them about the corruption. Red violently banged on the door, hoping it would open. It was too late; the door was already locked. He had no choice but to stay in the room. Red was not an engineer; and so, he could not escape using the vents. Knowing that Lime needed help, he saw in his weak and fragile face that tears were streaming down his cheeks. Red slowly crawled on the ground, and when he went there, he touched Lime very gently. Red's hands started to become black. Several spots appeared on his hand, slowly grouping together. When Red saw that his hand is becoming black, he realized that he is getting corrupted too! He immediately swished his hand away. Red did not know what to do, but he knew that he had to rescue Lime. Then Red had come up with an idea. He could only use this power once every few years. Red used a lot of force into this power. Later, part of his leg turned into a lime green color, the same as Lime is colored! Once again, Red put his hand on Lime, hoping he will get cured by at least a small amount. Part of Red's hand turned black again! No, I cannot give up! I have to save him! Red thought to himself. With all of his force, Red gave all of his attention to Lime. He used a lot of his power, and Lime slowly turned... Lime again! A strange bar appeared above Red's head, saying energy on it. The bar was a little over half full. Red ignored it and kept on focusing on Lime so the power will not fade away. Now the bar was slightly below half, and Lime was almost completely healed. Now that the bar is so low, Lime is almost completed. "I don't have enough energy, and if I use it all, I could..." A small tear dripped out of Red's eye.
