Rule 1: Don't make you OC/Character Inappropriate. Rule 2: Don't choose the balloon to be more than 70 feet high, cause that's the size limit for the balloons. Rule 3: Don't Get Mad at me if I take to long, again, I have a life Rule 4: If you send me a character that's already been in the parade but got retired or still in the parade, you get the balloon that is already or not in the parade. Rule 5: Put the information on the balloon, like how you want it to be.
