So Capt. GB is a clone of Capt. Stretch that didn’t quite work very well, since he was made when dr. Frank was only new to the cloning industry. Eventually, he saw things he wasn’t supposed to, and turned against dr. Frank. He was put in a blank, white room with one sided glass so he didn't know what was happening. Dr. Frank didn’t give him food, no water, and eventually he thought everything was a lie. Nobody loved him. He didn’t have any parents, no friends, nothing. Eventually he was freed by Capt. Stretch, but all the way to his house, he kept a wide grin with small dot eyes. Even after he found his costume, he still had the same expression. After Capt. Stretch went off on his frank killing spree, Goofball went off on a search for his saviour. The other captains found him years later, and they took him to their house, but it was the same house he was in before. All the memories came back to him. The next morning, the other captains found him with the same expression yet again. They thought it was funny, so they laughed a little bit and brought him down to breakfast. Except he didn’t eat. They called him Captain Goofball because of his never changing goofy expression, and his dot eyes too. This continued, for months on end. The other Captains got a tad bit concerned, but nothing too serious. That night he locked himself in his room, ripped open his mouth, and proceeded to bang his head against the wall. He tried everything to kill himself, but to no prevail. The next day, no one found Goofball, until they saw on the news that a rouge cat was breaking into homes and killing all the residents in the homes. They tried to stop him, but they failed. That day, 18 police and fbi officers were found dead, and 54 residents were injured with 46 dead before Goofball was mysteriously reported missing. Goofball resided in the Capt. home and locked all windows and doors leading to his room. No one found him. Though he left hairs on lots of things. The captains used the hairs to identify what power he has, and after hours of work, they finally found out: Invinciblility. That explains why the police, neither the fbi could stop him, and why he couldn’t kill himself. Meanwhile, Goofball kept on the search for Stretch he was forced to quit years ago. After walking for quite a while, with lots of bad scuffs, Goof found a lever, which lead to an underground bunker. Rumours of the captains say that he’s gone. Another says he’s still there, planning his next move.
